    The deciding game who will be leading the SPC....Piedmont or Marvin Ridge will be played tonight in Panther country @ 7:00 P.M. It may not be an AC / SWR game but nonetheless it will exciting for many !!

    just tell Tad to send an ump home and get a parent to call the field, he is too cool to come out and argue balls and strikes but ya'll can designate a parent to do that too, there is potential there

    I thought that thread was closed/locked and were told to move on to something else. Oh well......... no umps now that would be a change. Guru has a blue shirt and could get Hollywood to help.....

    NOW that is a game I would pay triple to see. And would not allow the thread about it to ever be locked or deleted.

    All I Can Say -------

    The Mavericks came to play last night and Caitlin Kurtz threw a heck of a ball game striking out 8 batters. After a bad 5th inning the Mavericks were ahead of the Panthers 3-2 ,when Junior DH Caroline Fagala hit a shot to L/F and scored Sarah Carson to tie the ball game 3-3. But the thrill of the night is when freshman Catcher Taylor Barrineau hit a walk off HR to end the game 4-3. Not an AC / SWR game but still exciting to the local fans !! This conference will probably go down to the last week of play as Porter Ridge was beat by the Sun Valley Spartans putting 2nd place into a 3 way tie !!
