    The best up to now, but at the end is what counts! Big game tonight, LKN @ Carson for first meeting of season as first attempt was rained out.
    (Hey, Braves we are used to the kiss of death, being Gamecock followers for so long, kinda like being 10-0 and loosing to Navy at Williams Brice) I think the boys at LKN are extremely focused and this group gets along better than any I have been associated with. They all meet after practices the day before games to eat together. All their idea......

    haha I really don't know, I guess they hadn't got to the 5th inning yet. Seems like a wasted trip up there tomorrow.

    that is correct, not official game until play at least 5 innings.

    Could the coaches not just agree Its "official"?? I did hear that they are going to play 7. ...Wow East Rowan might score a hundred.

    no, coaches cannot agree to quit playing a game early,,,, its gotta go 5 for it to be official. now i may be wrong here, but i believe coaches "can" stop games early in girls softball (don't they have a 3-inning mercy rule?),,, anyway they don't have such in hs baseball. of course there "are" things a coach can do to keep a score from getting ridiculous.

    p.s. to LKNbaseballfan, good luck in your game this afternoon, we were coming, should be a good game,,,, but going to Mooresville/East instead. Biggest reason, Mooresville has a whataburger, Carson does not.:woohoo:

    Mooresville 7 East Rowan 0

    Sophmore lefty Keith Little pitches a 1 hit gem for Mooresville. Shive starts for East and goes 3 innings.

    Mooresville hit well, Little was dominant on the mound and produced a big win for Mooresville.
