    Baine Martin, Cal Hardee, and Adam Church hit back to back to back home runs to take a 6-2 lead in the bottom of the 4th inning and kept hitting from there. Freshman David Martin also homered and now has 4 on the season. Watauga improves to 14-5 (9-1) and AC falls to 10-6 (4-6).

    South Caldwell vs McDowell should be a great ball game and Watauga vs East Burke went 9 innings the last time the two teams played.​
