    LKN ace Nick lomascolo(2009 Catawba throws 6 1/3 innings allowing 2 hits 2 walks and 12 k's. Ross Whitley(2009 Catawba) came in to shut the door throwing the final 2/3 on 2 k's and 1 walk.

    Great Job Mooresville

    Congratulations on a very big win for the Devils. Mooresville just got a great performance with Little on the mound. He gives them another big game pitcher and should be well rested as he has not worked much this year so far. Just the confidence builder he needs to get it going for the boys at the right time of year and it allowed AA to rest a bit and get his legs back under him from double duty. Keep the pressure on and finish strong.

    Mooresville definitely flexed their muscles last night, great job pitching by the Mooresville kid (sorry didn't know his name). Always nice to visit Motown, chat w/Whitey and see longtime pals.

    Question, was talking on way home, when does Mooresville play Lake Norman? and have you guys played already? Couldn't remember. thanks.

    Lake Norman @ Mooresville Monday 5/11/09 7:00pm. Lake Norman beat Mooresville 10-0 last outing on Lamo's 1 hitter.

    Impressive win by Mooresville last night. Just when it looked like East had hit their hitting stride, they fall victim to the young lefty. The NPC is just stacked this year and it seems like anything can happen. Lake Norman has definitely proven to be the best team. I don't know if they can run the table, but they certainly have a good chance.

    beats North Iredell 12-4. No details, maybe some of the Lake Norman people could fill us in.
