High School PA Announcers

Walk-ups and other things

Yes, they are! Most of what the kids do is an imitation of what they see and hear from their heroes!
I just want to make it fun to come to the ball park and if that means walk-ups or sound bites that's a good thing.
However, I will not belittle or play sound bites that would degrade the opposing teams players. i.e. a sound bite when they strike out or make a bad play.
I have Harry Carey singing take me out to the ballgame
for the 5th inning stretch and things like that.

Braves, NO I didn't think you were saying anything directed at me. I just wanted to emphasize that I had no affiliation with that web site.

What bothers me in baseball is the pants pulled over the shoes and over the cleat on the back of the shoe.
It's like scratching on a chalkboard to me!

 

I attended the Bandys/Hibriten game Thursday evening at One River Stadium. The Trojan announcer did a great job. Congrats to you and to the fine stadium that you have. Your stadium is tops in the CVAC, close second is Hibriten, then Bunker Hill....

 

Hear anything yet on Jonathan Swift Problem?

Have you heard anything yet? I have called that number everyday since your previous post and not gotten an answer. I have also email Kevin over at the
PA announcers forum (that's where the url is located) and he responded that he would look into it, but has yet to respond with an answer. I feel bad about this and am trying to help get you your money or product.
I'll let you know if and when I hear something!

That's actually a good thing. Like I said before, this is
not really worth the money, IMO.

 

Still put a block on that company. The info is out there. They could still process after the billing cycle.

 

I get to announce my first game since early March on Thursday night. I always forget how much I miss it and how much fun it is until I get out there and do it.
