    Mooresville--Senior Hannah Jones 3 for 4 and Sophmore Hope Smith 3 for 3(including a double) with 2 RBI's
    CJ Rinehardt and Margaret Whitestone also had base hits

    Taylor Beam was the starting pitcher for NWC Mooresville scored 4 runs in 1st inning and Yohe came in

    Tonight AC honored 5 Seniors.
    Congratulations and best wishes to these fine young ladies as they move on to play College Ball. All are from great families with solid foundations.Terrific Academics, and just awesome citizens.Proud to call them my second DD. As well as friends, and my DD teammates.

    Don't have any stats, but Concord hit the ball well, Parkwood had some good hits also. Don't know the pitchers name for Parkwood, but hope she is OK - she took a line drive to the top of the foot, but was a trooper and stayed in the game!!

    Sorry I Missed It

    I was hoping the game was rained out so I could get some senior photos when I could make it up to Taylorsville another day. In the short time I've watched these seniors I feel like I've known them for years. They are a great group of young ladies and I wish them the best at college. With some scheduling luck I might still get to see them in the playoffs this year.

    That Debbie ( her mother ) was big part of her training way before Coach Sherrill existed !! So Kudos to the Alexander Cubs---You Go Smokie !!

    I have to agree that Debbie had a great team for years. I also think her dad (Allen) should also get credit. He worked his butt off for years for his family. Congrats Megan, Debbie, and Allen ! Great softball family
