    NCHSAA site

    Help guys. How come sometimes the brackets come up with the teams in it or like this morning, I have a blank page. The brackets but no teams in it. I have cleared all temp files, cookies, etc. Anyone else have this problem?

    Mine is coming up with the teams listed, but on Saturday they had the scores posted: Today they don't. I have to assume they don't have all the teams listed in Round 2 because not all the games were completed going into today.

    When I'm using IE it is hit or miss for all the info. When I switch to Mozilla(Firefox) it always works fine(and faster).

    Thanks Southern. It was worth a try. Still can not get the NCHSAA.org site to show teams on brackets on either IE or Firefox. Guess my age is showing. Pulled it up earlier this week and it had all the teams on it? Oh well...

    WP: Justin Bolens

    East was being no hit until the bottom of the 7th when all the magic happened. Evan Orenstein led off with a double. Justin Bolens moved him to 3rd on a ground ball and Landon O'Dell and Garrett Martin both walked to load the bases. Shane Dickerson struck out. Robbie Wodarczyk walked and the first run scored. Christian Bailey got a base hit to right that scored the next run. Then Chris Beyer hit a ball up the middle and there was a miscue with the 2nd baseman and shortstop and Bailey made it to 2nd safely and brought up leadoff hitter Luke Dunlap. Dunlap laced an 0-1 fastball to centerfield for the win. East will play Hopewell tomorrow night at 7 at Hopewell. Pete Schultz will be on the mound for the Eagles.

    re: Bracket Issues

    Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat... sounds like it is downloading the template, but not the updated info. On a slower system, template will download quickly and then pause as it "digests" the updated info. My home computers have no issue, but work laptop is agonizingly slow with PDF info...

    Sounds like a good game between Carteret and Wayne. No surprise here, as I thought West Carteret was one of the scrappiest in the conference this year and I believe they are returning MOST of their starters...
