I got nothing but love............ask anyone who knows me or my family; my avatar speaks for itself; however NB has some pretty strong opinions about a team that he has never seen and doesnt really know anything about.

He also claims that I have been a little too boastful about our teams stats this year. In fact I sent him a PM yesterday and asked him to find ONE post where I did anything more than post the updates from NC Preps leader board or the scores of our games, I never really even argued his point about 2A softball stats vs 3A and 4A. In fact my posting of the NC Preps stat leaders encourages others to send in their schools info as well so that we all could all see the accomplishments of the girls.

NB didnt even respond to my PM.......figures!

 

All I am saying is that you are a school big enough to be 3A and you are beating 1A schools, some by your own admission that don't even have fences, by 20 runs. A little humbleness goes a long. You are the only team in the state that has half your team batting over .500. I just find it hard to believe there were no errors committed on all those in the park homeruns, but if you say it is true it must be because you have the avatar and I don't. I admit I'm used to watching 4A and don't see too many in the park homeruns. Those girls usually get the ball in pretty quick. I don't think it is just me that is curious to see how those big hitters match up to a quality pitcher. If you are going to get on a message board bragging about all those .600 hitters you're just asking for people to make an opinion about it. Good luck and I hope you get 10 more homeruns against CD.

 

Where is the bragging?

As I have stated Most of our HR's occured OTF! This season is unprecedented in our schools history. You didnt knock any of the others who updated their teams HR's? Why is that? Our school is not big enough to be 3A we are a legit 2A school (always have been). Our school board has decided to move us up to 3A next year and put all of the county teams into one conference without adding any additional students at MP. In fact our AD will ask to be reinstated back into 2A if we do not get any additional students after two years. If my posting our scores and updating comes across as boastful then my apologies I am just SUPER excited about our SB program.

As for the Avatar...... Greater is HE that is in me than he that is in the world! That where my love comes from!

YOU CAN PAD YOUR SCHEDULE WITH WEAK TEAMS DURING THE SEASON ALL YOU WANT, BUT IT WILL BE AGAINST YOU JUST LIKE THE GAME AT AC--WHICH WAS A LOST TO BETTER PITCHING.

Murph is tough!

Murph pitched a great game against MP at AC. She is one of the best! Except for a couple of untimely errors we were ahead in that game and lost it in the end. Thats why Ledford is a favorite to win it all. Any time Murph is on she is tough to beat. I hope all this banter will result in HUGE attendance. If we win we move on to our goal of going to Raleigh. If we lose our seniors play in front of their largest home crowd ever! Gametime Tuesday at 7pm! Gonna be a lot of fun!!!

 

Who are you trying to fool?

Rob, you have been drinking too much MP Koolaide. Take off your rose colored glasses for a minute and go to the NCHSAA website and pull up the realignment enrollment numbers. Not only is Mt. Pleasant NOT a legit 2A but at 1191 students they are not even a small 3A. You have more students than schools that have been playing 3A forever and you have been playing 1A/2A! I don't think your school board can make the decision whether you stay 2A or go 3A and if your AD can get you back down to 2A with no change in student population let us know what his name is because he will be pretty popular.
