Watch Coach Robert Powell's TeamTFS 18Us--a talented group of ladies, playing in the Cardinals tournaments, the Dynamite Classic, the Hot Times, and going to Colorado over the fourth of July; only three seniors on the team, one of which is already signed and the other two have offers on the table

Who does Chelsea Leonard pitch for in TB?

I have NO first hand knowledge but think I remember reading Chelsea pitched the latter portion of the HS season to assure her teammates another state title but that the Louisville coaches wanted her to workout this summer and focus on strengthening the knee to get ready for fall ball there.

Having seen the demands of college ball first hand that makes perfect sense. There's really little to be gained for any pitcher, rehabbing or not, to pitch much during the summer prior to entering college. It's more important to work to get it really good physical condition . . . . most of the HS kids have no idea what awaits them in the college weight room or in 6 AM workouts.

 

Someone just told me they think she is pitching for the St. Louis Chaos.
