Hi Im Softballgirl8's dad, Doug McClure. Yesterday, after the devotional, Kinsey and I went and sat down to wait to watch a game. During this wait, I began suffering a seizure. I would like to thank all who came to our assistance, and there were many. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before and to say the least, she and I were both scared to death. Many well qualified parents, staff and players came to assist us and it was greatly appreciated. I am proud that my ddr is affiliated with such a fine and caring group of people. After a loooog hospital visit, we were able to come home with no immediate problems found. Feeling fine now, with further doctor visits coming.

    Thanks Again,
    Doug McClure

    Sorry

Sorry, forgot to add that this occurred at the State in Burlington and Kinsey is a member of the Foothills Heat. Brain still a little out there.

We need you to be OK Doug. Kinsey is pretty much a perfect kid (and can smack the ball around too), and I'm sure she handled the situation as good as any 17/18 year old could. We'll be talking, but we are here for you, and will help any way we can.

We were in Burlington this weekend as well. Glad to hear there were no immediate problems. Hope your upcoming doctor's appointments go well!

this is kinsey. i would personally like to thank everyone who was at the field at the time that all of this occured. i was scared to death and i had many parents surrounding me assuring me that everything would be ok. without their support i dont know where i wouldve been or what i wouldve done. the biggest thing was that they kept me calm so that i could be strong for my dad. thanks again for all of the prayers and all of the help.

    Kinsey.
