Guys, I saw what this school is working with first hand last night. What you guys are doing is greatly appreciated as well as greatly needed. I am sure there is nothing that will go unused that you guys donate.

You should of seen some of the equipment they are using/sharing. I haven't seen bats like those in about 10 years. This is a high school baseball program with lots of potential, and the equipment they have wouldn't even look acceptable in a rec. league.

 

We started out with a bang and it's now become a trickle......This school needs help and it's a long way off from any standard of an equipped ball team.

Some of you have offered assistance, I beg of you to please follow up or follow through

Okay--here's where we are in uniforms:

suggested cost of uniforms is $77.80 per set,

carries cost is half or $38.90 each plus shipping.

2xx is $5.00 more and 3xxx is $10.00 more per shirt.

total cost of uniforms will be: $466.80 plus shipping will probably be about another 15.00

screen printing, carrie will do it for cost which entails two color numbers on back and a two color "K" on the front.

4 screens plus two locations comes out to 195.00 which we will donate.

I will donate the screens, ink and labor to do the uniforms.

Okay, we have collected $350 so far. I know there are pledges out there for more, but they haven't come in yet. The coach wants to order the uniforms and the member wants to embroider them.

We're roughly $150 away from ordering....can you help?

Thanks Stretchy, I don't have permission to post his name, yet, but a member has totally covered the uniforms and more, but we can still use some assistance....especially equipment, gloves, etc.---oh and hats---have I mentioned hats to go with the new uni's

Atleast two-three bats would be great also. Gloves, specifics would be great-- 1st baseman mitt and a catcher mitt... Plus any other position.

Yeah, great question. Although I think the socks will be covered with the uni money.

So far I have collected some equipment here---still waiting on some more. There are some bats, gloves and shoes (brand new). batsnballs donated a beautiful catchers glove and I have a great one too!

I'm hoping to get more bat bags, more gloves and more bats---and I have some one looking into new shoes.
