    KarlRocket: I don't know what to think about all this comraderie between the C'ville and Caldwell faithful. It's kind of making me tear up. I better grab a kleenex before my tears cause another rainout tonight.

    luigiboy, I don't listen to all the Cherryville/Caldwell rumors. For instance, a Caldwell County fan told me that Cherryville's team missed a flight to the 2007 American Legion World Series because they were stuck on a broken escalator in the airport. I'm sure that didn't happen.:gossip:

    Could be worse. Have you seen the bright blue batting helmets Shelby wears? Looks like they borrowed them from a girls' fastpitch team.

    You mean dish out some stuff like......
    Do you think that 29 will throw at Watts & Drewery right away,(since they both homered in game 1) or will they save up and just throw at on player multiple times later on? You know, like when instead of hitting Watts once in the butt, two different 29 pitchers hit him. Once in the ribbs and once in the head. I thought that's what I heard happened up in Dry Ponds, uh, I mean Granite Falls.
    You mean dish out some stuff like that?
