I thought it was supposed to be made public at the East-West State Games senior game before the second game started, but I didn't hear anything of it.

I heard the all-state teams would be made public sometime this week. Don't know where they will be listed. Maybe on th NCBCA website?

    Hititfar,

I don't know if this site will publish the 2009 list or not. I assume we'll find out by a member of this board posting it. That seems where most good info comes from.

I guess this list from the Charlotte Observer today is the official one for all-state teams. I wonder because there are so many mispelled names on the list:

    http://blogs.newsobserver.com/prepsnow/baseball-all-state-team

I can't remember all the teams who made it deep into the playoffs, but it appears a lot of weight was put on players from teams who did make a deep run. Those of you much more in the know than me can comment if that's a fair observation.

I will comment on the 4A list for the CAP 7 players as well as the two teams in the 4A Championship series; Sanderson vs Ardrey Kell.

CAP 7 POY -- Sanderson P/1B Charles Wolf (Wingate)
CAP 7 Pitcher of the Year -- Millbrook P/1B Jake Harris (ECU)
    Sanderson C/P Max Gagnon (UNCP)
    Broughton's P/OF Daniel Brown (Liberty)

Ardrey Kell P/OF Alex Wood (GA)
Ardrey Kell OF Ryan Stetson (college?)

Congratulations to all of the young men who made this list.
