12U CHARLOTTE BLAZE BLACK ARE THE NSA CLASS "A" WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS!!!

The very hard-working 11 young ladies and coaches on this team received the ultimate reward today in Chattanooga, Tennessee by winning the 12U Class A World Series. This win caps off an unbelievably fun and successful year for this group of girls.

The girls went 9-0 in the Series and outscored their talented opponents by 54-10 runs. Pitching was awesome!!! Defense was a nightmare for the other teams and our bats were HOT!!!

Special Thanks to Coach Bob Bove, Coach Eric Nuccio and all of the moms and dads that help out at practices, tournaments, and with everything that needs to be done to keep this team moving along all year!

Softball is Alive and Well in North and South Carolina

I've watched this team grow for the last three years, my niece Casey Brescia plays for the Blaze. I saw them recently at Rock Hill and they wouldn't be denied a victory as a team. It's easy to say, now that they've won, but I could sense that they had put it all together. I couldn't be prouder of Casey and her teammates.

Coach Bove had a great year with both Ardrey Kell and the Blaze.

I've seen alot of different softball this year in high school and tournament ball and both North and South Carolina are a force to be reckoned with and I think college coaches have caught on.

Take another look at the Blaze girls names, you will see these names alot more on TBR, as they enter high school. Most if not all of these girls will be going to college on a scholarship. The more notice they get, the more notice all the girls will get in both North and South Carolina softball.

Again congratulations to the Blaze girls, Coach Bove, and lets not forget the parents, the time spent taking them to practice and tournaments, and all the expenses involved. A total team involvement.

This is not only a victory for the Blaze but for the Carolinas too.

Winning a National Championship is something only a few can say they have ever done, at any age! No one understands how difficult something like this is until they actually do it.

This is something the young ladies and parents will never forget.
