    pitching coach

Lefty Thompson out of Raleigh is good with young girls. He teaches speed and control with the younger girls. He was a fast pitch pitcher in his younger days. Very good with the young girls. Has taught lot of girls east of Raleigh and in the Henderson area. Great thing about him is he will come to your site.

Thanks for the input everyone. One more question how often would my DD need to visit the coach? Most I have spoke to are from $40.00-$60.00 an hr and that could get expensive real quick.

We are currently seeing someone for $20.00hr (In Nashville) but it's done with two girls at a time and I don't feel like she gets the attention needed when splitting the time up like that.

...pitching lessons, batting lessons, camps, TB, bats, gloves all add up in the expense category.
How does anyone determine how many "private lessons" one kid or another needs to move forward?
I don't know, i wish I did. I do know this, my buddy Charlie Dobbins name has been posted in this thread for a reason. I'm not speaking for him, but I'll tell you this, although Charlie is very competent in teaching lessons, he also has a real job helping run a construction company with his brothers and he's got his incoming class as well as returning players back at Peace this week. CD has alot on his plate. Getting 30 min. of his time lesson wise at this time of year would be awesome but next to impossible. What would really be cool is for CD, and FPitch and all the other very talented instructors on TBR to give there input on lessons, how many, how often, etc.
