    Madison just hit one about 360 to deep left-center... It was caught though

    But man, he showed his ability right there on a letter-high fastball that he turned on.

    :banana::banana: Congrats to Madison and his family, hardwork still pays off!! He will represent the NW4A, and hisself well. Giants may have known something with him only throwing an inning in his last start on Sunday.

    i dont know the family as many do. I have been mostly on the softball side until now but it was great to watch it on Sportscenter this morning and have read about the support shown the young man on TBR last night!

    I found out just befrore 10pm, and was scrambling to find the game on TV, then went to the internet, then back to the TV.
    I was able to catch the highlights by bouncing between ESPN, ESPN News, and MLB network. Even thought I do not know Madison personlly, I could not help but be proud fro him and his family.
    While all the networks were concerned about Lincecum's back problem, all were excited to see the Madison Bumgarner show.

    Great job!

    Congratulations to Madison and of course his family. It's exciting to see someone you've seen play in person actually make it to the big time.

    I hope he knows he has a fan club here on TBR!
