    holbrook baseball and softball share the same field as well so games at the same time would be kind of hard.
    but i do see a benefit of middle playing at a time other than high.
    the NG vb coach has started having non-school teams in vb and it is making a difference her getting some of the wc friday players on those teams.

    This was the first time HolBrook has beaten SouthWest in numerous years.I run the rec program that has coached half of HolBrooks Team.They have A strong if not Stronger 6th Grade Class that comes in next Year.I know the girls were happy about the win because of the Assistant Coach is A PC Darlins Rec. Coach.If these girls play like i have seen them play.They will be hard to beat.Good thing about it.Pictured sliding for HolBrook is Southwest Assistants Rec Player.She went 4 for 4.

    Cheeze are you the responsible one for moving all TravelBall tryouts around the gaston county area out of the forums.If not.tell me where my post was moved to.I like my other travelball teams posts on here have been moved.Could you be trying to protect A new travelball team that actually supports the southwest,hunter huss areas.

    get real...tryouts have their own thread and either i move them or we delete them. in a previous post by braves, he asked that everyone post to the appropriate thread or face the deletion of their post. so if you posted a thread about tryouts in the general forum and i see it, i move it to the tryout forum. the only thing i delete is unappropriate bs, personal attacks by newbies, spam and porn. if a thread you started is moved, check your own profile, look at the posts you've made and find out where it went....protect a new tb team not feeding huss???? this could of been better handled with a pm to me directly vs me being accused of things like this.

    You are right cheeze, tryouts do have their own page in the form of a sticky. We have always done this. Also a redirect is left in the main forum for several days to take them to the tryouts forum when they click on it. I think you did a good job of setting this newbie straight.

    I see that you have posted a new notice for your TB tryouts in the correct thread. Seems to me there would be an apology to Cheeze under this thread before you posted anything else.

    back ot

    i stopped by HMS tuesday and caught part of the game against friday. 1st game for friday to go the distance - final of 5-4 WC Friday.

    still editing so pix later - sun was in and out and playing havoc on my exposure settings.
