NC State vs App. State- Sunday at AC

    I have not been to a lot of fields, but Alexander Central is pretty hard to beat.

    The playing surface is incredible, with lots of time and attention paid to every detail.

    The following items make it even better:
    1.) Warm - up practice area (two pitching stations, two batting cages, many areas for soft toss, etc...)
    2.) Press Box with sound system
    3.) Awesome scoreboard that is accurate
    4.) Locker Room - 30 feet from field
    5.) Concession Stand - behind home plate
    6.) Clean Restrooms - behind home plate
    7.) Awesome, player friendly dugouts
    8.) Tiffany Crouse Memorial
    9.) Flag Stand with championship banners
    10.) Seating Capacity for a ton of fans.
    11.) Lots of little girls in the stands dreaming about playing for AC.

    Folks, it is hard to beat the complex (note: - not field) at AC.

    I know Butler's field is improved but it does not have the "extras" that compare to AC. I haven't been to Crest or North Davidson.

    even after doing this for the last six or seven years, i am still amazed at how off track a thread can get in such a short time period. people have a right to be proud of their ball fields. we WILL NOT make any thread a bash AC/CC or any other school thread.

    this thread should of been posted in the next level forum, and the next time something like this is posted, it will be moved.

    so, lets just lock the thread and let it go
