    Cuthbertson will give people trouble on the mound, Preston Morrison 2011, Peter Hendel 2011, Cameron Tekker 2012 and Brian Donavan 2012 give them a deep pitching staff, I know Mangum is very good behind the plate. How are they at other positions?

    That's the biggest question. Middle-in should have 2 freshman that are playing on the football team right now, but both play travel ball for CBC and the Megastars in their respective age group. Austin Pierce and Drake Zupcic (Tyler's brother). I know Morrison plays some 3rd and Donovan and Andrew Hendel have played 1st. It will be interesting to see what talent comes out after the dead period.
    Outfield can have Cameron Tekker and Peter Hendel when their not pitching, but not really sure what else they have. If they can get the bats working and the pitching where it should be then they have a shot of doing some good things in their first year.

    Should be an interesting season for us. Also the last for us personally.

    I support Scotland High School & Whiteville High School. I will also do reports on Purnell Sweatt, Hoke, Pinecrest, Richmond & East Columbus.
    Note: East Columbus should have a powerhouse team this year! Alot of returning stars and two transfers. They should win the conference and go deep into playoffs if not winning it all.
    Should be a tight race between Scotland, Richmond & Pinecrest. A toss up between the three but you also have Hoke. Every game that the Womack kids pitches will probably be a win, if they can manage to score one or two runs. Yes, he's that good!
