Core Athletics (Concord, NC) - Open House

Core Athletics will be holding an open house on January 9th, from 11am - 2pm. We will open the facility at no charge to hit in the cages, test your speed with our radar gun on the dirt mounds and take in some informational sessions with featured guests
Core Athletics open house will feature a great line-up of speakers; they will each talk and then take questions:

11:30 - Kevin Burroughs (Cabarrus Sports Medicine) discuss arm injuries specifically as well as other sports development issues

12:00 - Quincy Boyd (Boston Red Sox Scout) talking about what scouts look for and what separates players

12:30 - Todd Coffey (Milwaukee Brewers pitcher) - mechanics and pitching in the big leagues

1:00 - Adrian Gantt (Catawba College Asst Softball Coach) - softball instruction and female athlete strength development

1:30 - Robert Johnson (Roush Racing/Core Strength and Conditioning Director) on speed & agility programs and youth strength training.
