    Hey 08 ??

This brings up an important issue in some of our power hitters decisions for next level ball . I asked my kid a couple of years ago if all you could do was hit the ball, and you were considered a power hitter would you go to college if offered a scholarship to be a DH ? She looked at me and said if that is what my role would be I would except it to hit only and go to college free...interesting subject, most kids want to play the whole game defense and offense, I know I would.

She does too!! But for now, her role on the team is DH; she will get her time in the field...talent usually wins out over seniority!

Lots of homeruns this year already. Going to 43' has definately pit more offense in the game. A good thing i think
