    I agree about the other schools. If you don't go to either AK, Providence or CC, forget about your team being mentioned anywhere.

    AK & Providence are consistently the best baseball programs in the area (year over year), so they are easy pickings for the Observer. They had both coaches do a video Sweet 16 for the online Observer. Charlotte Christian has a great record of achievement, but they must have pictures on somebody at the Observer based on the way they cover Christian. In football, they picked Christian #1 in the preseason Sweet 16 and I think when it was over, they weren't even ranked.

    There is plenty of good baseball and good stories to be found outside of the "Golden Triangle" in South Charlotte.

    CO at South Meck tonight

    Heard Charlotte Observer will be at South Meck tonight. Not sure who they are playing but looks like getting long overdue pub....

    Holy crap

    Every week this winter, the "Disturber" had an updated "Sweet Sixteen" basketball poll. EVERY WEEK. That is pathetic...:thud:
