    Well, I guess if you were coaching the HS team we wouldn't have won both games right?? You know so much more than me you need to change your screen name to The Softball Guru II.

    Dang right I would love to be coaching that High School team. I would have a different line-up in the field and Batting. I did coach 15 years. But that doesn't matter does it. I'm done talking about this. Enough said. Have a great day.

    This is the wife...I never get on TBR and this is the only post I have made and it is because it seems that every thread ends up in controversy most of the time. The comment about the Facebook that the girls comment on. They are teenagers, don't most teenagers always give an excuse for everything they do. lol!! But really, Foard and Saint have always had a great rivalry and bottom line, that is what it is, a great rivalry. For the past 3 years, each game has been a great game that comes down to the VERY end that is made by that one hit or one play. I remember two years ago at Saint when Tranae hit that bomb to center field. If our player had caught it, it would have been a SPECTACULAR catch, but it still would have been a great hit by Tranae and we lost by one. Error on our player, no, just a great effort!! Ashley Oliver had a great hit at the right time and that is what makes the game so great (nerve wracking) but great! Could have, should have, maybe could have, or couldn't...the argument could go on forever. Long after our girls are gone, the rivalry will continue.     AC and Foard are 1-2. I think as of now SC, ST. Stephens and Hibriten are tied for 3rd with Watagua next and Hickory last

    Hey scfan, I'm just talking about 3-A play-off seedings not overall standings. AC, SC, Watauga are all 4-A. I think 4-A seedings from our conference gets 2 births, I could be wrong they could get 4. The play-off brackets are postednow.

    welcome softballfan2010 to this board rocks softball forum. saw some of the fv/huss game last night. saw TG & BH hit the ball very well.
    Didnt see the crest game, but heard it was quite one sided. 12-0 after one and 19-0 after two....heard crest had 17 hits in the first two innings??? wow....but glad to see huss on track for possible playoff spot. congrats to taylor grigg for her first conference win of the year.....get em tater....

    actually it was more like 11 hits total. Only 3.5 runs were earned. Precisely why you need all your starters for a team like Crest. And blue was forcing the pitch down the middle for Huss - not calling corners - so yeah. Of course not to take anything away from Crest. They are a great team! Just thought I would elaborate on the score and give some perspective.

    Oh and definately not 12 - 0 after 1. There were no runs in the 1st inning. But I think both team stats are on max preps if you want real numbers.
