    From Down East:

    I keep hearing that East Rowan & Patton are headed for a collision course
    later on for the western title.

    Carson-Charlotte Catholic sounds like a good game.

    Enka vs. Tuscola in the 3rd round could be a homerun derby!

    I definitely wouldn't bet the house on Char. Catholic in the game vs. Carson. Carson's ace, Jesse Park, should be pitching and Carson has hit the ball very well against everyone not named Thomas Allen.

    travis, Park pitched last Friday, but I agree about liking Carson. 1-9 could be one of best hitting teams remaining.

    karl, you eastern boys had some big names fall in round 1, who's still there thats a serious threat to RM?

    In the west, East Rowan and Patton is safe, although I must admit the western bracket overall really looks good, lots of big names all spread out, and several other teams who are good enough to make a nice run.

    Tuesday Night:

    tj, the next serious threat to Rocky Mount is West Brunswick. Impact has them at #3 in their latest poll. Tomorrow night, Rocky Mount travels to West Brunswick in the 2nd round. To say it's a big game would be an understatement!

    My fault on Park. For some reason, I thought he was being held out. Interesting fact, do you know he is cousins with Spencer Steedley (East Rowan, Charlotte, Minnesota Twins) and Ross Steedley (East Rowan, Charlotte)?
