Roberson coach talks big game, provides "bulletin board" material

doesn't Hopewell has a 2nd round game to play before they start talking about the 3rd round. lets beat myers park first! a team that can hit as good as any team!

 

Bigstar aint skeered of a Myers Park. He wants some Roberson.

 

Ain't what the coach said. I think all charlotte teams should be skeered. Of course if it is Hopewell, they will be playing down here where it's balmy.

 

lets see tc do something away from their home field before the coach starts talking.... then he will have room to say as he pleases!

 

Nah, let him talk as much as he wants. It's hilarious. Based on what Mudcat said, you think he's aware of the internet? I dunno...he may have thought his statements would show only in the local paper.

 

Baseballlover11 we do know that we cant look over Myers Park. we do have respect for them. We have played them 2 times this season and know what they can do if you do over look them. My message was only if we could be lucky enough to get Roberson at our place.

 

I'm right there with you i hope you do because i would love to see that game. I'm saying make sure the boys are focused for Myers Park!

 

You are right, their field is a hitters park. However, the last time I read the rule book both teams hit at the same park, so the other teams fly balls should be going out of the park just like Robersons. To say a team is winning because the field is small just does not make sense to me. Do you think they practice hitting 340 foot fly balls, truth is they have hit the ball everywhere they have played so I dont think the small park is an advantage.
