    After 1 complete, East Rowan now up 2-1 on Noah Holmes' 2-run HR...

    I bet karlrocket didn't even see it,,, prob eating another hotdog... :urinate:

    Surprise surprise,,,,, Will Johnson pitches for East Rowan, believe he's appeared in about 23 of their 31 games this year (all in relief).

    Great Game

    EF 4 Laney 3 Home run for Jacob Watts with Pete Schultz pitches complete game


    Hunt loses late 9-3 after a tight game for the first 5 innings....Will Sapp 3 run bomb does big damage in the 6th

    East Rowan 9 Hunt 3

    This game was as good as advertised. Tight contest thru 5. East Rowan's Will Sapp did major damage to Hunt in this game. 3-4, a single, homerun, and triple, 4 rbi's, 3 runs. He's the MVP of this game. Noah Holmes had a monster homerun in the 1st over the right-centerfield fence. Luke Thomas had 3 hits, & Troutman 2. Peter Gobbell threw his tenth win w/o a loss. East Rowan's pretty good. For Hunt, Zack Lee did a good job keeping his team in the game, but the Hunt offense was not it's usual potent self (only 3 hits thru 6 innings). The Hunt bats will need to come alive Saturday afternoon to stay in this thing. Great meeting Boxman & getting to watch the game from The Mudcat pressbox. Great view.
