The STATE GAMES At UNC-Charlotte and Hopewell Start Monday (6/21)

I haven't talked to her lately so I'm not sure what her plans are. She had a 4.4 GPA last time I talked to her. I heard she was going to play at a local community college.

Anyone who has seen her play knows she could play D1.

Can't remember what TB team. I think they're out of Virginia. They played Las Vegas last year.

Kala is going to play at Pitt Community College. You'll see her in D1 soon enough but I think she wants to stay close to home. She's from Southwest Edgecombe.

 

Just A Bit More About Kayla Hinton

It felt like it was 120 degrees and I had sweat dripping and all I was doing was sitting on my bucket taking photos. The seniors went twenty one innings and Kayla caught 18 of those 21 and never complained. The east, backup catcher, was woozy from the heat so Kayla stepped up to help the east team win. I could hardly walk at the end of the day and I can't imagine how she must have felt. I was and am very impressed with her performance that day. Also I don't remember her making an error or having a passed ball all day either.

East West Games June 24

Does anyone have anymore pics of the East West games? Especially the ones of the East Team with the medals? I can't find them on the internet anywhere!
