    Who would you say has the best Show Case organization for 16 U ?

    But there are probably 10 more that are right there with them in the carolina's

    What does it take to build a great showcase team

    What does it take to build this type of team? I believe that these teams are mainly composed of outstanding players from all over the state and in some cases from SC and VA. I can remember 4-5 years ago one fantastic showcase team talking to a few of our players between games to recruit them for their next season. Don't get me wrong, these teams have great coaches but doesn't it boil down more to recruiting as many great established players as possible. I also know that playing for these proven programs is a great priviledge. Any more deas on the topic?

    I believe you hit the nail on the head. If you can offer no team fees when you are recruiting players from other teams it helps in assembling a good showcase team. What does it take to build this type of team...money.

    Sun Devils, Queen City Rockers, Dazzle and Comets are all fine organizations to name a few here in the charlotte area.

    Top Tournament Teams

    Thanks for the compliment Cheeze. This is the time of year that a lot of these teams are holding tryouts. NC SUNDEVILS 16U are among those holding open tryouts. Please check the TRYOUTS Thread for our post.

    win or lose.... they will come watch you play. Just like the Yankees, love them or hate them. People will still go watch them play.
