    Minor League Baseball will be hosting this Team Tournament Sept 4-6 at the DAP

    Some perks have been added.......

    Was just informed that Baseball America will be covering this event with write-ups on the teams in this tournament. Also Rawlings Baseball will be providing teams with all the baseballs needed.

    Good games at the DAP today

    What a beautiful restored stadium. The folks of Minor League Baseball have done a great job with the old place. Perfect playing surface and great Pit BBQ sandwiches.

    Game 1: Wake Wildcats 1 Core Athletics Blue Devils 0 ..Jack Sinopoli and Tyler Pickard of Cardinal Gibbons HS combined on a 3 hitter. Kyle Tighe, Apex HS game winning sac fly rbi.

    Game 2: Core Athletics Black Knights 4 Fungo Red Sox 0

    Game 3: Core Athletics Black Knights 4 Lake Monsters 2

    Game 4: Fungo Red Sox 3 Nash County Titans 2

    St. Andrews and Averitt had coaches scouting today.
