How about this...coaches should be required to meet with the dads before every game and thank them for the countless hours they have spent on a bucket in the back yard catching balls and the hours they have spent in the batting cages with their daughters. If it is a high school coach he should also thank the dads who make sacrifices so their daughters can be on TB teams.

You sound like a 1A pitcher's dad. haha Personally, I think if it ever becomes a pitcher's game nobody would go watch a pitcher strike everbody out, well maybe the pitcher's parents would enjoy the game. I like to watch em hit!

Allow Batters to steal first...if they think they can make it on pass balls!

I would like to see the umpires in different positions on the field. Numerous times they are behind the play and are guessing at the play. More specifically, the base umpire standing on the SS side of second with a runner on first. To me, it is harder to see the ball behind the back then in front of it. Move him between the 2nd baseman and the bag.

    Umpires

    1. Umpires can not weigh more than 250 lbs ....and they have to make calls from at least 10 or 15 feet from the play ...not make a call at third base from mid field because they weigh so much they can't get over there...lol
    2. They can not be more than 80 years old...especially behind the plate

    3. Check those so called water bottles they carry with them...sometimes I wonder what is in them...

    4. Have umpires take additional courses in making sure they call the pitch after it crosses the plate not before.

I wouldn't have to pay $50 a weekend to watch my kids play ball!

I would move the mound back 3 more feet and the bases back 10 feet.

I would add week/weekend pitch limitations.

    I would have 8U and 10U on a 150 foot field and 12U on a 180 foot field.

I would have school teams always take priority over travel teams but would play school ball in the fall.

I would do away with mouthpieces that some sanctions require.

I would require tournament directors schdeule starting times based on logic, not based on gate revenue.

Finally, I would make all games 90 minutes.
