Each batter must supply her own plate umpire. Plate umpire must be batter's parent.

Offensive/defensive lineup must be approved by parent group prior to start of game. Any changes during game must be approved by parent group.

Each player must have at least one parent at all practices. Practices can only be scheduled on Saturdays. Mandatory 8 hours of practice, not to exceed 2 hours per session, with half hour break between sessions.

Coaches must determine which parents maintain the fields, bleachers, equipment, etc.

All officials from both teams must sit in a common area between duties.

...let the leadoff batter pick which direction to run in in each inning. let 3rd be 1st or 1st be 3rd.

Two umpires for all games. Our middle school games only require ONE.

Umpires can only call school ball games during the season. Tired of umpires rushing my girls so he can go call games in another league.

Sound proof boxes for all parents. Tired of hearing girls told to turn 2 when there are 2 outs, parents trying to position players during a game, parents arguing every call, my players in a mental mess because parents are screaming at them about stuff they know nothing about.................

More coaches that take girls sports serious and give them the effort they deserve.

OK I am back from Oz. I could keep going but this is the real world.

Move the fences back to 250'
    Allow leading off the bases.
Add an optional defensive player that can play anywhere in fair territory.
    Enforce the pitching rules

How about umpires not telling me what THEIR strike zone is but calling according to the rule book.

Or give me a list of my umpires and THEIR strike zones before the season so we can practice. Oh yea, I keep forgetting many have those "wondering" strike zones.

Since all umpires are stupid and can not call balls and strikes 3 feet behind the plate or safe and outs 5 feet from the bag and the coaches can see if the ball is inside or outside from the dugouts and parents can see a ball or strike from down the right or left field line or call a runner safe or out 100 feet away then I say let either the head coach or a parent call their pitchers pitches from the dugout or down the lines or call the safes and outs 100 feet away. Will be a much better game!! It is always the umpires fault. He makes the errors, he strikes out swinging with bases loaded and 2 outs, he lets a pass ball score a run, etc. but one bang bang he misses we need to shoot them. Teams have a minimum of hopefully 21 at bats. With each batter seeing 5 pitches that is over 100 pitches the umpire sees. If he misses a couple of those 100 shoot him.
