    Just my observation having watched them play

    Because they have lost to 3 excellent teams and have faced outstanding pitchers. They could easily be 4-0.

    I have seen some kids this year that are going to Division I schools, and I'm not impressed. I think many kids are getting boosted up on a pedastal by their coach or showcase team they play on. Also, I think kids on the West side of the state are promoted better. All you hear about is the west kids on TBR. Plenty of great talent in the east. My point is if FCD is 1-3 that can't be one of the best in the country. I'll give you one of the best in the state at best. I would say one of the top five in state.

    One of the best 1-3 teams around reminds me of a good friend of mine who would often remark after one of his golf shots went in the water or in a green side bunker, "I hit that perfect".

    Well I guess it the result that is the real measure.

    Natural, The west vs east promotion on tbr comes up every season. The only reason you hear more about the west is that more people from the west, mainly Charlotte post on tbr. There is always a plea for east info, but other than the Raleigh area, and Stretchy from a little further east, we do not get much response. Maybe you could provide us some insight on teams from your area. I as well as many folks would like to hear about the players from that area. We would know more about who to watch in the playoffs as well as college. If you have some freinds in other parts of the east that are looking for a place to promote some teams or players, please have them join. Just warn them that we are not here to bash anyone, more so to promote.

    Natural, point well taken, and good talking points you brought up. I didn't think you were bashing anyone just trying to make a point. Maybe the East should get on this site more and brag up their kids.
