    Ryan Brennan & Josh Holcomb hit 2 home-runs a piece for Mooresville in the loss, Brennan hit a grand slam in top of 7 to take a 10-7 lead. Mt. Pleasant reacts in bottom of 7 and hits a grand slam of their own. Great Game.

    Mason Wallace had a double, and freshman Khalil Macklin a homerun to lead the Bulldogs.

    Nash Central moves up to 9-1 on the season.

    Athens Drive vs. Fuquay Varina 3-22

    Athens Drive defeated Fuquay Varina 5-4. Chris Williams pitched a complete game, giving up only 3 hits, striking out 5. Athens was led by Chris Williams (2-4, 1 run), Patrick Mason (1-3, 2B), Ben Snotherly ( 1-3, 2B, 1 RBI) and Patrick Graham (2-3, 2B, 2 RBIs, 2 runs).

    Ryan Brennan is a junior, Hopewell game was his first game back, he has 3 HR's in 2 games..with a broken hand.
