Somewhere between 3-0 and 0-3...you never know. That is one of the great things about baseball....whoever gets good pitching, timely hitting, solid defense, a couple of breaks, and a favorable call or two has a chance!

Commit doesn't mean a whole lot. It is the Letter of Intent that counts. I know several srs working on that now that have not verbally committed anywhere, but are weighing options.

Paul Leonard 124 pitches. I agree it is a gutsy performance by him, but the coach could be more gutsy by lowering his pitch count. I would be afraid to see his season count. It seems he pitches almost every game. I hope he still has a shoulder when he leaves for UNCP in the fall. North Meck has some talent. They are middle of the pack I-Meck. They are not going to win conf, and definately not states. They should qualify for the tourney, but they need to give Paul a break. He is a great kid and a great teammate, and that could be his downfall as he will take the ball every time the coach asks.

Ches Lamm (4-0) gets the W!

Catcher Logan Butts (3 run double), Spencer Boykin (triple), Parker Lamm (3-3), and Jacob Page (2-4) led the Hunt offensive. Hunt had 12 hits overall to just 5 for Nash Central.

Should be a barn burner. Someone will need to provide a shuttle service to get folks from remote parking to the field.
