Boxman...I think West Brunswick is the #2 seed from waccamaw b/c we have lost to South Brunswick twice this year. Now we are ahead of them in the overall conference standings, but I am not sure if that means much since we are in a 3A/2A split conference. I'll check with our AD tomorrow and let you know though!

10-4..keep me posted..we will make this as accurate as possible...If a #3 seed or below wins the conference tourney then they get the #2 seed from that conference and everyone drops down a seed if that happens.

Bad part is boxman, we do not have a conference tournament! It would be exciting if we did, but we don't. I'll send you an update later today on what I find out

From Whiteville newspaper after South Brunswick lost to Whiteville 2-1:

South Brunswick falls to 4-5 in the conference and now trails West Brunswick by one game for the top 3A league seed.

One thing about it. There's going to be some good matchups right off the bat in the 1st round, and some even better games in the second round. We'll see who has the pitching depth real fast that first week.

    CAPE FEAR VALLEY CONFERENCE

Still to close to call, Southern Lee plays Union Pines this friday, SL has 2 conf. losses and UP has one, SL win would tie for top spot with tie breaker game necesitated. Third place Grey's Creek has 3 conf. losses. I'll let you know for your brackets.
