    Haven't heard any updates on the tourney in Morehead City except that Lenoir was ousted yesterday by Patrick Henry 9-5. Anybody know anymore details on the tourney?

    Southeastern NC
    Southeastern Community in Division II tournament beat Lenior, COA, and Surry and are now in the championship(I think) today at 7:00 pm.

    Southeastern Community College won the Southeast District tournament and now advance to the World Series-- NJCAA Division II Baseball National Championship in Enid, OK May 28-June 4.

    Southeastern beat Surry for a second time in the tourney 6-4, scoring 4 runs in the bottom of the 8th. Chris Huie was 2-4 w/ a homer, and Chris Malter had a 2-RBI triple to lead Southeastern at the plate. Before the finale, Southeastern had beaten Lenoir 6-2, College of Albemarle 7-6, & Surry 11-3.
