    good for the kid - grow up coach

    if grown ups would act like grown ups that wouldnt happen. never areason to strike an ump or fight on the field between coaches anyway.

    we have 16 year old players why not a 16 year old ump??

    people are always commenting on how few good ones are available. might as well start one early.

    back problems forced me to give up umping. kudos to the kid.

    Seems we need maturity restrictions on adult coaches.

    I believe the head coach did not witness the altercation because he had been ejected earlier.

    I guess that gives you a little insight into this teams coaching staff.

    As far as age restrictions that is up to the local league. The LL I used to be UIC for had a 13 yr old age requirement and they had to be paired with an adult.
