    Lohrei was called out stealing when she was safe by 2 feet. Her arms touched the bag, while she was tagged on her lower back. He went out to meet the ump (who was maybe in his early 20s) and said he missed that one. He went back to 3rd, the ump was standing a few feet away and monte told him that was brutal. Ump immediately tossed him. He didn't show his butt, the young guy just wanted to show some authority. The 3 umps were bad for both teams. It was a great game. Holly springs has a good ballclub.

    Well, I haven't seen 2 good umps all year... Not going to Bash the Umps tonight... Just saying...

    This was an awesome game between two pretty equal teams. Scoreless until about the 10th inning I believe. Both pitchers were excellent. Both teams' defense made some really spectacular plays.

    The officiating was very good.

    I want to commend the Holly Springs coaches for their sportsmanship and the professional manner in which they interact with their players.

    Congratulations to the Alexander Central players on their win.

    I hope to see them play each other again.

    DH Conley rallies from a three-run deficit to defeat East Rowan 4-3 to advance to the 3-A championship game.
