    E#3 Mint Hill Army vs. W#6 Rutherford County

    Game 1 Rained Out. Will try again Wednesday night hopefully at Butler High School again...Could be moved to Independence High School. TBD

    Lincoln county Vs. Shelby

    Lincoln County defeated Shelby 3-2 in a rain delayed game last night. LC scored two in the top of the ninth and then held Shelby off to earn the win. Upset in the making?

    QC v Asheville

    Queen City traveled to AC Reynolds and came back to defeat Asheville 8-6 in an exciting contest The first 3 Asheville batters of the game went back to back to back homeruns. QC starter Olen Little settled down and the Mustangs battled back to tie things at 3 in the 6th. Ashevilleretook the lead 6-3 courtesy of 2 more HRs in the 7th, driving Little from the game. QC scored 5 in the final two frames and Lou Trosch held Asheville scoreless to pick up the win. Taylor Rowe and Eddie Hull each Homered for QC, who now leads the series 1-0. The teams will play tomorrow and Friday at Myers Park HS at 7

    Tough loss for Asheville. Led late but could not hold on to a game they really needed to win before traveling for two. Hitters for Asheville, Aaron Wright 3-5 2hr's, Alex Ledford 1 hr, Corey Hargus 1hr, Ryan Mayberry 1 hr.

    Pineville vs Cherryville-Game 1

    Last night: Cherryville drubs Pineville 9-3 @ Cherryville on a beautiful night for baseball. Cherryville leads series 1-0. Play game 2 tonight @ Jack Hughes Park in Pineville-7pm.
    Great to experience a Legion game in Cherryville.
