I remembered the the infield fly exception from the baseball riddle: "how to record three outs without a defensive player touching a ball" and by deductive reasoning, went to safe when touching the base on all occasions.

Thanks guys. I actually got here after being really impressed by posts from Coach May on hsbbw - and I see there are several others here who post there as well. Looking forward to catching up and soaking everything in.

 

HSBWeb is an excellent resource. Sometimes it gets bogdown with "I know nmore than you.....", but after sifting through, you generally know which posters to trust.

Coach May is absolutely the best. He used to be on here regularly, but as his son has moved on to college, his time positing here is sporadic. But, if one posted a question here to him, I know he will read it and reply.

Summertime on TBR is generally a pot pouri of "stuff."---mostly about the New Kids on the Block, and summer tournaments- Legion, Showcase and college summer ball.

There are no dumb questions, and the members are happy to help. Many have been through the recruiting process and have gained incredible knowledge through their experience. Although each situation is different, they share many commonalities.

I can tell you I am already impressed. No one stumps Mincimi---you should get a prize!
