    Beat the Heat at the Beach

    The games are underway this morning. Going to be a lot of good baseball on the fields. Would like for the coaches or team scorekeeper to email me [email protected] updates of player highlights after each game. Will be posting scores all day today. Good luck to everyone!

    Jordan Towler (2014 Middle Creek) pitched a complete game 4 hit shutout.
    RJ Arthur (2014 Holly Spring) picked up 3 hits, Dillon Cooper (2015 Leesville) picked up 2 hits and Lane Kowalski picked up 3 key RBI's with a bases clearing double.

    All Star baseball Academy 17U - 1

    Evan Voliva pitched a complete game 2 hitter.
    Lane Kowalski picked up the game winning walk off hit in the bottom of the 7th.

    Saturday's games...

    Getting ready to start again here at CNU. Will keep everyone posted...Moosic Mets lead 6-0 still batting in the bottom of the 3rd. Mets win the game via the shutout over Mid Atlantic Shockers.

    10:30 Canes North 2012 vs Long Island Maxbat Titans in a must win game for each team in pool A
    A pitchers duel thru 3 innings 0-0 as pitchers Alex Diese for the Canes and John Dadino for Titans are looking awfully strong.
    Eduardo Castro's double drives home the first run of the game as Titans take a 1-0 lead.

    In an incredible ending Josh Henderson of the Canes hits a 3 run bomb in the bottom of the 7th inning for a walk off victory 4-2.

    FOOTNOTE: In the top of the 7th a player and the coach for the Long Island Titans were ejected for arguing balls/strikes!

    News Flash...

    18 umpires and 6 Hooter's girl have a blowout pool party at the Days Inn Hampton last night. 4 cases of beer are consumed in less than two hours. Hope my boys can hold up today! Sure glad I stayed in my room watching sportscenter!
