The worst fans I have ever been around. Don't sit on the opponents side and be obnoxious, sit on your own side. Please, change so you can represent NC pride and not embarassment. I would rather lose with sportsmanship.

I reckon you had a bad experience with some fan or fans. I would like to think you were around some of the most knowledgeable baseball fans in the area but maybe you werent. As far as representing NC with Pride the track record for Post 100 is pretty impressive my friend!

    whatever

Knowledgable fans that have to question every strike, ball, and call in the field.

a pitch would be foot outside and you would question it

give you credit your record is impressive and cherryville always has a good team. They support legion baseball instead of showcase baseball. Wayne County is trying to get back legion baseball. This is the first year we had most kids play legion instead of showcase. We had two pitchers play showcase, they are quality pitchers just like the reynolds kid. So, hopefully we can get them back next year. It would of been a heck of a game if we would of had them because you guys would of had troubles hitting them as we did Reynolds. Ifs and butts. congrats anyway

I appreciate your heartfelt support. Hey I also heard some grumbling from the fans from the other team as well. If you were at that game you would remember the strike zone was very very very small. Now that being said some of the calls did get met with some displeasure and that is how it goes. I know fans are not always right but when the umpire did not allow the run (who had crossed the plate and standing beside him) at home when the guy being tagged at third was as bad as I have seen. Hope you all get the program built up and continue to play legion ball.

And I guess Duke has the worst fans in college basketball?

Having grown up in Cherryville, played high school baseball in Cherryville, and attended Post 100 games for many years, I will agree that Cherryville baseball fans can easily get under the skin of umpires, opposing players, and fans of the opposing team. That's what we travel in droves to Post 100 games for. When someone who isn't a Cherryville supporter calls Post 100 fans the worst fans around it usually comes from somebody who thought they had the best team on the field, played Cherryville in a big game, and realized their entire organization wasn't nearly on the same level as Post 100's, such is the case with Wayne County.

Keep working at it, one day your team may have half the program and fan support that Cherryville has worked hard at over the last 60+ years.

your exactly what were talking about, Wayne does have the team and players that are just as good and better in some postitions. You had a good pitcher. Good pitching slows down hitting. Yes, are pitchers were wore out and two are UNC committ decided to play showcase and go to Georgia. Trust me he would of had no troubles with your team. Not on the same level your an i---t. I guess you were better in every postiion as well. HAHAHA

I'm guessing you put the -'s in idiot because you didn't know how to spell it. I helped you out a little bit above. Based on the last paragraph in an article in today's Gaston Gazette reading: "Ironically, three of Cherryville’s recent state titles – 1997, 2007 and 2011 – have came against hard-luck Wayne County. Post 11 has never won a state title and Tuesday’s runner-up finish tied them with Wilmington for the dubious record of six all-time runner-up finishes." and since you like to use those -'s; it would be good place to use them when saying that Wayne County has now officially taken the previous spot held by Caldwell County as being Cherryville's b---h.

Both teams are very good. Don't drag Wilmington into it. If Wilmington and Wayne County would have all their kids play Legion they would be tough to beat.
