    I like him a lot, too, but kept his family #1 in his priorities. I wish him all the success in the future: The SW4A will miss him.

    I hope he emails me with the specifics.

    are the 3 front runners. in no particular order. But Jake Robbins is the prettiest(if only he would keep that foul stuff away from his inside Lip):remybussi:!

    Heard the same thing, IDK if it has been officially said by Myers Park but he is moving his family from the coast to the charlotte area in a few weeks.

    Burnett...not sure if head or jv though......coached at Southern Lee and Washington....can't say with 100% certainty...supposed to be a GREAT guy and coach.

    Im pretty sure its the HC position. I have played under Burnett and Im sure he will do great there. He is a good pitching/defensive minded coach that will push his team to be a solid defensive and baseball smart team. I expect good things.

    I must say, I'm sure he will be an outstanding choice, but I'm completely surprised. The SW4A is a completely different animal to coach in. One needs to be completely dedicated to building a year long program and maintain a beautiful facility because your opposing coaches are. They tried this at South Meck and it didn't work out too well.

    I have nothing against this coach. He may turn out to be the best in the city, but it's different and I hope he can adjust quickly. I'm just surprised with all the talent in the Charlotte area, that the AD chose to go outside.
