    Jordan Watts throws great game for SV only giving up 2 hits while going 2-3 himself.
    Kenny Palmer was also 2-3

    and the hustler says....

    Weddington runs the table all the way through to state championship...no one gets within a half-dozen of them the rest of the way.

    If the Hustler is playing with HOUSE money.....possibly. With MY money....I'm not ready to place that bet. Lot's of ball to be played before a Champion is crowned. Can they run the table.....You play each as they come and yes they can play with anybody. Will they run the table.....not very likely. Waaayyyyy to many good pitchers around for that kind of talk.

    I would like to see Weddington do it but one of the neat things about baseball is that the best team does not always win. One and done for four rounds.

    A couple of atom balls go against you and a few bloops fall in for them and you go home with a first round L wondering about what could have been. Maybe even more so this season with the lower hit and run totals.

    Knight drives in Winning run for Weddington

    W over SV in another 1 run ball game.

    Andrew Knight doubles in the 6th to drive in the only run of the game.

    SV- Smith with the loss
    W- Borrelli with the Win
    Bostic gets the save

    Weddington moves to 5-1 in conference (8-3 overall)
    SV moves to 2-4 in Conference (4-6 overall)
