    Austin Mace pitched 6 1/3 strong innings for the win and Travis Watkins picked up the save with 2 strikeouts with the bases loaded to perserve the win. The Charger's defense was once again the story turning 2 double plays and also throwing another runner our at home. Cox Mill faces Northwest Cabarrus on Wednesday at 7:00 in game 2 of the SPC semi final doubleheader at Hickory Ridge.

    Congrats to Northwest Cabarrus on winning the SPC Tournament Championship tonight 12-2. Justin Dixon gets the complete game win. Lots of errors early by the Bulldogs dug an early hole.

    SPC #1 (Northwest Cabarrus) vs. Mid-State #5 (Northern Guilford)

    SPC #2 (JM Robinson) vs. Mid-Piedmont #4 (Asheboro or North Forsyth)

    SPC #3 (Mount Pleasant) vs. MEGA-7 #2 (Harding or Berry Academy)

    SPC #4 (Hickory Ridge) vs. NPC #1 (East Rowan)

    SPC #5 (Cox Mill) vs. MEGA-7 #1 (Charlotte Catholic)
