    thank you

Was just thinking at least 1 SEC team could have been between UNC & Omaha.

I was one of those 10,000 in attendance at that game Sat. night; was definitely a great UNC bullpen performance. And they did what they needed to offensively after Rodon departed. The red/white need to pick up the hitting to advance.

    Should be fun to watch.

    yes, tough Palmetto tix

I was at USC's last SEC series of the season vs. LSU @ Columbia. That is a very interesting field at that regional with USC, Clemson, & Coastal Carolina. They'll set a new attendance record for that stadium if USC & Clemson square off. They'll be hanging from the rafters. Fire marshal rules will likely come in effect.

I was surprised to see Clemson assigned there. I suppose that would be like UNC & NCSU in the same regional one year at Raleigh or Chapel Hill. Would they really ever do that?

    Campbell, Liberty not in

    41-18 and 41-19.

Wow, must be tough pill to swallow. Some conferences just can't get multiple teams in.

No. The committee won't put two teams from the same conference in the same Regional, and they go out of their way to try to keep them apart in Super-Regionals.

Most people would say that the Pac 12 is no slouch in college baseball.

I live about 25 miles from Stanford and attend their games with some frequency. Having seen more than my fair share of major college baseball in the Southeast over the last 10 years, I can tell you that what I see at Stanford compares very favorably to the baseball in the Southeast.

Assuming that Arizona comes out of its Regional, they'll give the winner of the Chapel Hill Regional all they want.

That was a great game between two very talented teams last Saturday night in Greensboro. From my perspective, it would be very nice to see both advance to Omaha.

Having those two teams on the field and their fans in the stands at the same time, playing for the highest stakes in the game...the fire marshal may not be the ONLY type of marshal needed at that stadium!

Nevertheless, I don't see South Carolina having too much difficulty advancing to the next round. In that event, if NC State comes out of its regional, that should be a very competitive Super Regional.

RPI for Liberty of 68 and for Campbell 83. Good records but not against top ranked teams.

    Maryland RPI 27
    Wake Forest RPI 34
    V. Tech RPI 37 and
Georgia RPI of 50 and didn't get it.

Unfortunately Liberty and Campbell didn't stand a chance

I wish Mr Tewell all the luck in the world. But App better bring the A+ game. UVa is 28-8 at home and play in front of an average attendance of 3000 crazy fans per game.

I may cruise up there Sunday after my stop in Raleigh Friday and Sat.
