    the reason for the delay in the all district members is that 3 regions did not turn their information to our website manager. we have all the information now and the all district and all state teams will be announced soon.

    Does a player have to play in the State games in order to make All-State?

    The State Games have nothing to do with NC High School Softball All-Conference, All-District or All-State. A player's team did not have to be seeded into the HS State Playoff rounds either.
