    A lot of Spring Break Tournaments coming up in the next 2 weeks!! Exciting baseball for everyone and like WB22 said....we're halfway through after this week!!

    Tyler Andes 2 run home run in top of 8th, Chase Shueford threw 6 innings of shutout ball and had 2 hits, Tucker Bartley gets the win in relief.

    I believe it was Brandon that hit the longest line drive HR that I have seen in a long time. i think it landed in the football field behind R field about 450 ft away

    Another cold windy night...will it EVER get warm??...
    Great job by both pitchers! Kollin Schrenk for AK and the Lefty for Hopewell (sorry I didn't get his name) did a great job on the mound. Not a lot of hits by either team. Lots of K's though! Foster Machicote beats out a bunt single in the 6th, steals 2nd then heads to 3rd as the throw from catcher heads to the outfield. Then scores the winning run on wild pitch. AK hangs on in the 7th as Zach Featherstone closed it out. He came on in relief for Schrenk with one out and down in the count 3-0 to the 2nd batter...he threw 6 straight strikes to finish off the game. That's competing in the moment!

    Davie beats West Forsyth 1-0 in nine innings. Jeremy Walker for Davie and Michael Bates for West both pitched 7 strong innings and Davie scores an unearned run in the ninth to win.
