Carolina Gators 18U

The Carolina Gators 18 Gold team is looking for young ladies that can play at the top level. IF you are signed already we will take you, If you looking to get signed, I can help you reach your dream.We will have few of our college girls coming back to play this summer.( Only 3to 4 girls that are D1 players) We are planning on playing in NC,SC, Va, Fl.This will be up to the families on our schedule, we could just stay close to home if need too. This summer will be for mainly for girls that are going in to their second year of college or girls that are signed and want to just go around and have a lot of FUN WINNING!


THAT BEING SAID THAT THE ONES THAT ARE NOT SIGNED YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE GETTING YOUR LOOKS WITH A TEAM WINNING. Its harder getting young ladies signed that are playing on teams that are getting it handed to them all the time. I've been at this for a long time now, I'm sure you or your parents have seen my coaching style, and you can asked anyone that has played for me in the past what kind of coach I am and 99.99% had fun and I did what I said I would and could do for them. For the parents, I'm not asking you to bring them to practice two,three times a week or month. We all live to far away, at this level most young ladies work out regardless. But, I expect them to come ready to play!! We will have one mandatory practice in the spring to get ready for the summer.

The Charlotte Starz 14U Purple is looking for one A bracket pitcher.

The Charlotte Starz is a showcase based organization that is focused on getting our girls the opportunity to play college ball. The 14U Purple team is a 2000 based team that competes in A bracket NSA, ASA, and other top level tournament play.

We are looking for the right A bracket level pitcher to add to our 2014 lineup. In addition to pitching, she needs to be able to field a defensive position and hold her own at the plate.

SBA softball academy is having national tryouts for all age groups. We will be having some well known coaches and putting together very competitive teams.

New Carolina Comets 16-U showcase team workouts !

The Carolina Comets are forming a new 16-U showcase team based out of Pineville NC ( south Charlotte ) area .
We are looking for strong "A" caliber athletes that are self motivated and dedicated to playing at the highest level . We are seeking athletes with 2016 and/or 2017 graduating class. All positions will be evaluated .
Group workouts are currently scheduled for December 14th and 15th at X-1 Academy ( X1 Athletic Academy - powered by Oasys Sports ) . Our plan is to have two group sessions since space will be limited . This particular weekend will be the first of several workouts/tryouts to come as we look to fill our roster for the spring of 2014.
This time will also allow coaches , athletes and parents a chance to meet and answer questions that may arise going forward .

Charlotte Starz 14U Purple

The Charlotte Starz 14U Purple is holding an open tryout on December 7th from 11:00am to 1:30pm at East Lincoln Middle School softball field.

The Starz 14U Purple is primarily a 2000 team, and has enjoyed great success this year with several A bracket tournament championships. Head Coach Mike Stolzenbach will continue to lead the team in 2014 in NSA, ASA, and other top level 14U tournaments.

Coach Mike is looking for athletic, coachable girls who have a strong desire to play in college. We place a premium on character and attitude, as well as a strong supportive family.

The Charlotte Starz is a Showcase based organization that is focused on helping our girls realize the dream of playing college ball. Starz teams are universally known for their sound fundamental defense and aggressive, opportunistic offense. Our practices make use of traditional and cutting-edge individual and team drills devoted to basic diamond skills and concepts. Our players learn in a fast-paced, team-first environment where we strive to give them the skills, knowledge and awareness to take their games to the highest levels. The goal of the coaches and the organization is to grow their players into honorable, dedicated, exceptional college student athletes.

Lake Norman Lightning 10-u Tryouts

The Lake Norman Lightning Organization is based out of Huntersville, NC. We are holding tryouts on Saturday December 7th at 9:30 a.m. on the campus of North Mecklenburg High School. We are a well established, highly competitive and highly successful 10-u program. We play NSA, ASA and we are "AA/A" in Top Gun. We are looking at all positions but are in need of a catcher....we had a great one that had to move up to our 12-u team. We need a short stop that has great range for a 10 year old and has a strong arm and bat. Our head coach is the assistant softball coach at North Mecklenburg High School and has 25 years of coaching softball at the highest levels. We are looking for girls who are not afraid of working hard, that are coachable, that have a tremendous desire to get better and have a team belief. We stress fundamentals and work on them every practice.

We are looking for excellent athletes who have a desire to work hard to grow themselves and the team. This is a college showcase team which strives for excellence and championship caliber play. We place a premium on an athlete’s character and attitude and seek players with strong support structures. All positions will be considered including pitching and catching.

Our Spring schedule will consist primarily of local tournaments. Then in the summer we will play in ASA National Qualifiers and travel to Showcase events.

The Charlotte Starz Tournament Organization has a very good reputation with collegiate coaches. We have developed a quality showcase program designed to assist our families along the spectacular, challenging, and confusing quest to attain their athlete’s dreams of playing in college. The Lake Norman Lightning 14-u team is holding tryouts on December 8th at 3:30 on the campus of North Mecklenburg High School, in Huntersville, NC.

We are looking for an "A" bracket pitcher and a short stop or utility player. We are a highly competitive team that competes in NSA and ASA tournaments. This team will eventually play showcase tournaments.

Our head coach is the assistant coach for North Mecklenburg high school and has 25 years of coaching experience....1 at the college level and the rest at high school and tournament ball at the highest level.
