    Thanks for the info. Did they make you send a receipt for the bats?

    nope. got back 5 for 5 turned in. 1 i got back was marked no return but the other 4 were not.....

    You don't happen to know who you talked to when you got the ra. I have talked to three people and still getting a run around about replacing the bats. Still trying to send the voucher. A lot of BS

    sorry i don't. i made notes just in case but threw them away after i got the bats. i called them asap.... let me see if i can find the email

    Bats

    After many phone calls and emails Easton finally replaced two bats I sent in. They tried to give me the voucher several times and said they were not replacing any bats because that was not the agreement between them and ASA. If you have any bats it will take a lot to get them replaced. They sent the old FS1, but there is nothing made now that will touch the Synergy anyway.
